EP&T Global began its partnership with British Land with a pilot project at their Head Office, York House in September 2009. Due to the pilot’s success, our systems are now applied to ten of their office buildings and one shopping centre.
Our monitoring systems were placed to collect gas, electricity and water data which were integrated to existing metering systems. The EDGE MARS tool was also integrated to identify significant operational issues where our analysts worked with British Land’s site management team to prioritise and implement solutions. To date, we have saved 44% in energy, as well as £136,000 and over 1,150 tonnes of carbon emissions.
