Keith Gunaratne - Founder & Managing Director

Keith Gunaratne was appointed the CEO of EP&T in 1993 following the formation of the company. Keith has been involved in energy conservation technologies for over twenty years and has extensive experience working with the commercial, retail and industrial sectors. Prior to EP&T, Keith has held several senior positions including General Manager of an overseas technology company. Keith has formal education in Electrical Engineering, Air-conditioning Technologies, Computer Science and Business Management, which includes studies at Harvard Business School. He is also an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.

Rajesh Jampala - General Manager, Finance

Rajesh is the General Manager of the Finance Department and is responsible for managing the finances of EP&T's global operation. Rajesh joined EP&T in 2008 and is a Certified Practising Accountant and a Master of Practising Accounting. He also has a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science). Rajesh has a depth of experience in implementing financial systems, partnering cross functionality to provide commercial advice and internal audit skills. He has a proven expertise in driving efficiency and productivity through evaluation of financial management systems and implementation of process improvements. Rajesh is part of EP&T's global leadership team by managing the finances and providing sound commercial advice.

Bunny Tsang - Head of Operations - Asia

Bunny Tsang joined EP&T in 2013 as Sales Director, and was promoted to his current role in 2014. Prior to this, Bunny has over 20 years working experience in the building services industry and extensive experience in sales and marketing of engineering products in Hong Kong and China. Bunny has an engineering background with a MBA degree.

Joanne Lee - Senior Administration Manager

Joanne Lee is the Senior Administration Manger of EP&T Hong Kong office. She has over 13 years experience in different fields, including sourcing, merchandising, quality control in China, accounting and logistics. Joanne has studied in Germany with a MBA degree and can speak fluent German and Mandarin.

Steven Meleca - General Manager - Technical Services

Steven is the Manager of the Technical Services and Business Development Departments and has a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (hons). With over 20 years experience, Steven has worked across areas such as process optimisation, waste minimisation and energy and water efficiency. The Technical Services team delivers a consultancy services such as energy and water audit reports, NABERS ratings, EDGE Environmental Reports (EERs), MARS reports, fine tuning and other expert consultancy advice and services.

Greg Roytur - General Manager - Projects

Greg is the Manager of the Projects Department within EP&T and has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering. Greg has over 35 years experience in the manufacture, installation, project management, service and commissioning of electrical installations. Greg has managed over 500 EDGE installations across Australia , the UK and the UAE. He has detailed technical knowledge in relation to project management and implementation and also acts in a cross departmental support role.

Chris Bruce-Payne - Senior Director of Business Development

Chris comes to EP&T with over 15 years experience in the Green Technology sector. His previous work has covered Asia, and much of Europe, in variety of leadership roles ranging from COO to Business Development and Fund Raising. He is currently based in Hong Kong in order to develop EP&Ts client reach within the SAR and further afied.
