Located within the heart of Melbourne's central business district, 101 Collins Street is one of Melbourne's most iconic commercial buildings and is home to many of Australia's blue chip tenants. It ranks amongst Australia's five largest office towers.

 

In line with our client's commitment to sustainability and looking for innovative ways to operating its assets efficiently, 101 Collins Street has implemented EP&T's EDGE MARS platform that uses big data and nano-targeting technology to further reduce its utility usage and optimise operational efficiency.
