Charter Hall Deploys the EDGE Technology in its Landmark Redevelopment at 570 Bourke Street 

Charter Hall is one of Australia's leading fully integrated property groups with a A$10.3 billion property portfolio focused on the core real estate sectors of office, retail and industrial.


EP&T's EDGE technology is being deployed in Charter Hall's redevelopment of its landmark site at 570 Bourke Street, Melbourne. The development will add 15,550m2 of A-grade office space to the existing 35,000m2 building across levels 2 to 11, creating large 2,700m2 contiguous floorplates across 12 levels. With a 10 level light-filled glass atrium, this will create the largest vertically integrated floor plates available in the Melbourne CBD.


EP&T currently provides its technology to the existing 31-level, 35,000m2 site, and has continually worked with the client's team to bring about energy savings thus creating value from the asset management side via operational improvements.


With a 4.5 star NABERS rating target for this redeveloped site, EP&T is looking forward to working with Charter hall to achieve and maintain this target and extend the life cycle of the site's plant and equipment.
