John has over 25 years in strategy and M&A across a range of industries including infrastructure, transportation and energy.
A former senior executive at KPMG and more recently CEO of an investee entity for a US based energy and resources investment firm, John has operated in both Australia and internationally.
As executive director, John has worked with management teams to prepare entities for IPO, acquire businesses and to be acquired by offshore entities. John has a Bachelor of Economics (majors in Accounting and Business Law), is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and is a Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).
